Chef Maggie is by far the best there is. Her meals have always been my top favorites. I loved having a cooking class with her because I not only got great recipes, I feel more comfortable with the how and why we do certain things with our ingredients. Her knowledge is invaluable. Since her class on Sunday, I've cooked every night this week and each time, it was delicious. Highly recommended.

[The company] and their staff were superb! They made my wedding day so much easier. I did our wedding myself to save money. All I had to do is tell them what I wanted and it was taken care of, as far as all the guest tables , the bar set up, and the buffet. The food was excellent! We hired [Artisan Chef] for our November wedding, and guests are still talking about the food.  The guests don't know how reasonably priced it was though!  I think we would have paid twice as much for the same food in a banquet hall or golf course. . . The service on the day of the wedding was impeccable.  We got all we wanted and more.  They worked with our budget, and are willing to make anything you request.  The "catch" is you have to have a kitchen for them to cook in.  We rented an estate for our wedding, so we had a free kitchen.  They also do dinner parties and other events.

Chef Maggie and team did an exceptional job on our small dinner party.  The food was absolutely amazing, from appetizers (Summer Salad, Shrimp Cocktail, and Fried Artichoke Hearts), to our main course (Beef Wellington and Halibut Fillet), finishing off with dessert (Creme Brulee, Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse with Salted Caramel, and a Fresh Strawberry Tartlette)!  All absolutely delicious!!! I contacted [Artisan Chef] after finding their website online.  I was highly impressed with the site, which led me to make the call.  I was having a couple of friends over for NYE dinner and wanted to make it special.  I spoke with Chef Maggie about our needs/wants  (gluten-free, all organic, hormone/antibiotic free dinner).  She didn't flinch when I explained that we needed the meal to be gluten-free!  That was an instant plus in my book.  I asked if [they] could come to my home to cook the day before NYE and leave me with instructions on how to heat and serve the meal.  They arrived promptly at 8:30 am dressed in professional chef's attire.  They wheeled in carts with their cookware and other gear to make the "magic" happen in my kitchen.  At 3:30 pm they were finished and my refrigerator was stuffed with our dinner.  They created 3 appetizers, a soup, a salad, an entree, and a dessert~all gluten-free.  From start to finish the meal was AMAZING!  I am still dreaming of the kabocha soup with chipotle cream sauce, though everything was "to die for".  My kitchen was spotless when they left.  I found their prices to be reasonable, and it made way more sense to hire these chefs to create exactly what we were looking for, rather than take our chances on a price fixed menu with all of the crowds on NYE.  All in all, it was a fabulous experience.  [They] are completely talented, professional, and wonderful.  I highly recommend their services, and am looking forward to planning the next time I will be able to utilize their services!
